About
Burger Showdown

The Burger Showdown is a fully interactive digital experience, done for a great cause in light of these uncertain times. To benefit our charity partner Frontline Foods, we've compiled the craziest line up of celebrities, paired them with a Chef, and watched them collaborate on a brand new, never before seen (or eaten) burger to celebrate National Burger Day! We record the whole thing and package it together with a stylistic recipe video so you can see what goes into this marvelous creation! To top it off, once you watch the episode, you can order the burger to be delivered directly to your door thanks to our partners Uber Eats.

We've partnered celebs with chefs across 10 different cities in the US and Canada!

This is the biggest digital Burger Event the world has ever seen!

OFF THE MENU’S
STORY

It all started in 2018 when the L.A. Times approached Lawrence Longo, the founder of OFF THE MENU, about hosting a burger themed event. Lawrence had just finished eating 365 burgers over the past year and was up to the task! What happened next was magic, as Lawrence curated and assembled some of the biggest chefs and celebrities to create unique and exclusive burger creations. The BURGER SHOWDOWN was born. What ensued was an event that exceeded all expectations - it was fun, delicious, filled with celebrities and foodies alike! No one left hungry, and a champion was crowned.

Helping
Frontlines Foods

In light of the current pandemic, Burger Showdown is hosting this year's digital event as a fundraiser and to raise awareness to those affected by COVID-19.

This is why we are choosing to direct our efforts to support the organization FRONTLINE FOODS, whose mission is to support local restaurants and feed the frontline heroes who are responding to the COVID-19 crisis.

Currently FRONTLINE FOODS is operating in 47 different cities across the US, has raised a whopping $3.7 Million, and has delivered a total of 160,000 meals to this date! Burger Showdown aims to add to those numbers, and we need your help!
