The Burger Showdown Sweepstakes Rules

1. Eligibility
The Burger Showdown Sweepstakes (the Giveaway) is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Off The Menu and Uber Eats, Inc as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Off The Menu Inc.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Sponsor’s control. Any changes to the Giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Sponsor.

4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on May 28, 2020 at 12:01AM PT and ends on May 31, 2020 at 11:59PM PT (the Giveaway Period). Entries that are submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to change the beginning or end date. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
5. Prizes
One (1) winner will receive one (1) $500 Uber Eats credit. Cannot be exchanged for cash value.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Signed Mitch Marner Jersey. Cannot be exchanged for cash value.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Signed Dwyane Wade Jersey. Cannot be exchanged for cash value.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Off The Menu x Shay Mitchell Zoom lunch meeting. Have lunch with Off the Menu Founder Lawrence Longo and actress Shay Mitchell! Lunch is on us! Cannot be exchanged for cash value.
One (1) winner will receive a three (3) month supply of Som Sleep. Cannot be exchanged for cash value. US residents only.
6. How to Enter
Website: This method of entry will be available by visiting our website (www.theburgershowdown.com) and following the directions provided to fill out the entry information and submit.
Each person is only allowed to enter the campaign once. Multiple sign ups by a single entity are not permitted. Cheating for entries in any way (referring yourself using different emails or similar tactics) will disqualify you from winning the contest.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random and contacted on June 1st, 2020 by 11:59pm PT. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, the Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner or cancel the prize.
